It can be extremely challenging to go through an intense breakup and divorce. I will help guide and support you through the emotional and day to day struggles of divorce or breakup, as your unbiased and supportive ally. I will offer you tools and strategies to assist in dialling down the intensity of your challenging emotions and help you to move forwards and get unstuck.
I am here to provide you with a space to be yourself, a place where you will be listened to without judgement. My aim is to help you to take back control of your life, to feel more empowered before, during and after a breakup or divorce from a toxic or narcissistic person.
Divorce and breakups don't only need to signify unhappy endings; they can equally present as opportunities for new and exciting beginnings.
I specialise in high conflict scenarios where your (ex)partner presents with highly Narcissistic or toxic behaviours. I can help you identify whether your current partner, husband or ex displays toxic behaviours and how best to manage your circumstances at any stage of your relationship, whether you are still in your relationship, going through a breakup or divorce or dealing with post separation issues .
More broadly, I will help you to learn how to communicate with your partner or ex with greater efficiency, in order to help minimise conflict and reduce the emotional strain on both you and your children. I will also provide powerful tools and strategies to help empower you and your children in order to strengthen your relationship with each other,
I also offer an email support service whereby I can help review your email draft(s) or help compose messages on your behalf before you send them on to your ex "coparent"., The aim is to minimise the conflict as much as possible. and to reduce the triggers for you while you are still healing.
We cannot always plan in advance when a stressful situation arises with your ex partner or husband. Most therapists need to be pre-booked for hourly sessions and are not typically available on an SOS basis should you suddenly feel triggered and need to talk to someone.
Your friends and family may not always have the time (or desire!) to listen and offer help in the way you need, and you should avoid talking with your solicitor about non-legal matters as you will end up paying very hefty fees!
That’s why I offer an out of hours SOS support system for some clients at particularly trying times. I understand that sometimes you need that extra support.
