One-to-One Power Hour Session

▻ I can imagine that if you are currently going through a break up or divorce from a narcissistic or toxic ex, you are experiencing feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, fear, and if you are a parent, you are worrying about the impact on your children?... Does this sound about right?

▻ In my opinion, it is super important to have someone with lived experience, who is unbiased, by your side, who serves as an emotional support, a thinking partner; & someone who can help you strategise/manage your toxic ex more effectively. Consequently, you can move forward in your life, feeling more empowered & in charge of yourself & your envirnment. This is my role and I would love to be part of your support team!

▻ I charge £115 for a one (1 hour) online session (and £397 for a bundle of 4 (1 hour) sessions including messaging inbetween sessions).
